$t2 Cost: The license fee is $55.00 cash. No appointment is necessary.

$t2 Blood Test: There is no blood test and no waiting period after a license is issued.

$t2 Application: Both parties must appear at the Marriage License Bureau, 1st floor, 201 West Clark Avenue.

$t2 Marriage Ceremonies: In order to have a legal marriage, a ceremony must be performed in the State of Nevada within one year from date of issuance of the marriage license by any person licensed or authorized to perform ceremonies in Nevada. The ceremony may be performed in any Wedding Chapel, Church or the Civil Marriage Commissioner. These marriages are recognized throughout the world.

  • If you are divorced, it must be final. You must know the month, year, city and state in which the divorce was final. $t2
  • If you are under the age of 18 and over the age of 16, you must have parental consent.
